Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges - Swedish customers

  • Goods can be returned within 14 days from the collection of the consignment

  • We cannot handle exchanges. If you would like to change a size or color, please order a new item. Should you like to keep the original item for comparison, please contact customer service at info@caliss.com.
  • Goods returned must be unused and undamaged, with labels and any original packing remaining.

  • Your original freigh cost will not be refunded.  

  • The goods shall be returned together with a completed return form. Please use the box that the goods were delivered in, unless the box has been damaged. When we have received and approved the return, we will contact you by e-mail and inform you about exchange or refund.

  • Please expect two weeks from returning the goods until repayment is made.

  • Please use the DHL return label for easy returns. Customers shall leave their package at a Postnord representative

Returns and Exchanges - EU Customers

  • Goods can be returned within 14 days from the collection of the consignment

  • We cannot handle exchanges. If you would like to change a size or color, please order a new item. Should you like to keep the original item for comparison, please contact customer service at info@caliss.com.
  • Goods returned must be unused and undamaged, with labels and any original packing remaining. As the customer your are responsible that the goods are not damaged or lost when you return them to us. 

  • The original freigh cost will not be refunded. We charge a fee of 49 SEK for the return freight. If you would like to return an item, please use the enclosed return label from DHL.

  • The goods shall be returned together with a completed return form. Please use the box that the goods were delivered in, unless the box has been damaged. When we have received and approved the return, we will contact you by e-mail and inform you about the refund.

Returns and Exchanges - Customers outside of the EU

  • Goods can be returned within 14 days from the collection of the consignment
  • We cannot handle exchanges. If you would like to change a size or color, please order a new item. Should you like to keep the original item for comparison, please contact customer service at info@caliss.com.
  • Goods returned must be unused and undamaged, with labels and any original packing remaining. As the customer your are responsible that the goods are not damaged or lost when you return them to us
  • We charge of fee of 49 SEK for the return freight. Caliss will not refund the original freight cost in the original order.
  • If you would like to return an item, please contact customer service on info@caliss.com to obtain a RAN (Return Authorization Number).

  • Together with the RAN number you will receive a Fedex return label and a Commercial Invoice for the customs. This shall be included in the plastic pocket (included in the shipment) that you attach on the return box

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.


Exchanges
We cannot handle exchanges. Please make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
